I was raised very seriously, in a serious family that didn't place a lot of value in hilarity, comedy, or blowing milk out your nose from a truly memorable joke. When I met Pamela, and we got married...well that all changed! I discovered that I LOVE to laugh and love to make other people laugh, or at least smile. With the sculptures I create, a whole bunch of them are either overtly whimsical or have some hidden humor for the drier wit. The Fish Monger is like something out of Aesop's Fables if he'd grown up with the Addam's Family. In A Passion for Metal much time is spent behind the scenes, showing the hows and the whys, as well as encouraging a whole lot of humor.
