RAINY NIGHT IN MANHATTAN (mood light) I remember that I was a little kid, the first time I visited Manhattan. My mom took me in to FAO Scwartz and boy was I smitten with that...entire floors of nothing but toys.. Later on that night, we walked down Broadway and the skyscrapers squatted like glowing cathedrals along the way. It was almost overwhelming. Now, whenever I see paintings of the city, everything is a little too realistic for me. This lamp is my memory of the city of Manhattan...a magical city. It's still beautiful, by the way.
