It's the first website where you can read a book and if you have questions for one of the characters, you can ask them and get an answer back, not from the writer, but from the character. Yup, you heard that right.

There are only two rules and they're pretty fair, I think. The first rule is: You have to address the character, not the writer, or it doesn't work.

The second rule is: Ask the question with the same consideration you would give a good friend at a dinner party. That's it. No holds barred. Imagine if you could ask Hannibal Lecter something like, "You're intelligent, are you aware of what you're doing when you tear the face off another human being?"

There's more: There are fifteen books in the space above you. On the website, you'll be able to choose any of the fifteen, sample the first few chapters, and on many of them listen to the first chapter or two. It really helps in deciding what book you're interested in.

There are articles about SEX in novels, Writers' Groups, Query letters, Writer's Block, Voice, Point of View and much more. There are behind the scenes photos, book ideas, books that are under construction, and there will be places where you can ask questions of the writer or post your own comments.
