RODEO JOE This is a kinetic with a LOT of fun. Rodeo Joe twists and turns in the wind, while at the same time bobbing up and down...just by the forces of nature. He's an abstract creature riding a kind of weird broomstick horse. The blue birds LOVE him..don't know why. They come there and sit for long periods, just...sitting, looking around, and pooping. Didn't know blue birds were art critics.
